Ah so you mean in urban regions. Yeah that kinda goes without saying though. Other potential cyberpunk metros would be like Austin, Boston (?) and NYC... pretty defacto though.

And specifically cyberpunk games and movies like Cyberpunk. Matrix, Fallout, and Deus Ex have a different feel, because the society as we know it actually ended or is just about to.

Places like LA yeah, less so up in northern California. Have to have low living standards and high technology to have cyberpunk.
