Sometimes one eats too much, sometimes not enough.
Today I chose to consolidate my nutrition for two of the three meals. I've also been wanting the extra protein for workout.

>>So nutrition is something that does not come to you naturally?
<<Easy-prep meals tend to not have sufficient nutrition. High-sodium meals like Manwhich sauce isn't actually good to have on a regular basis.
>> It is something you try to control because you have not found an intuitive rhythm you can just go with?
<< I tend to passively control things. If I focus too hard on set patterns in life, I get really upset when thrown off my routine. My mind kinda goes into monotonous autopilot mode when I stick to routines- only to BSOD when interrupted.
>> Or am i just trying to make sense and babble?
<< Im rambling, but not incoherently. I'm actively trying to find a comfortable and flexible balance to how I go about my ways.
@lucifargundam I meant to focus on the last part, but i am curious: do you enjoy cooking, in the way of "get an idea, try, taste what happens"? You obviously are above fearing to try stuff, you are not too dull to try out new things. I really struggle to see what makes you struggle here.
Routine, yes, but that does not prevent you from pre-planning experiments, with well-known meals in between, i would guess?
And, finally, to the last part. No, you do not ramble. That is my thing ^^
Can you describe the things that are actually challenging more clearly? I really do want to know, if that is ok with you.
