@lupyuen i talked about this once with someone who asked me about making secure phones for some hypothetical underground.

i shrugged like "you know there's nothing special about the military stuff right? you can make frequency hopping systems out of any computer controlled radio :cirno_doubt:"
@lupyuen you probably already know about it but re-posting this because lora was mentioned https://hackaday.com/2021/06/06/qmesh-lora-mesh-networked-voice-communications/ someone worked out an ultra lowband voice codec to throw speech over these things.
