I've been exploring NuttX for 3 days – it's fascinating as a POSIX-like OS for small CPUs/MCUs. Unfortunately, BL602's WiFi is unstable for real-life use. On the other hand, NuttX on ESP-32 has been great. I've built it with drivers for almost everything, except I couldn't enable BLE with SMP at the same time, but that wasn't a problem for me.
