I'm reading the #godotengine docs and I've already learned something that has me floored:

"When creating a non-game application, make sure to enable low-processor mode in the Project Settings to decrease CPU and GPU usage."

@triptych I hope you don't mind me asking: why would you want to do that?

@mapto @triptych To save battery and avoid building up heat (run any 60 FPS game on your phone for a while and you'll know what I mean 😉). There's no point in redrawing the screen as long as nothing has changed.
