@Free_Press probably the one thing that still keeps him out of jail is him having the potential of winning the elections. So hopefully this will unravel in late 2024. Either the American people will collectively say that they don't care about election distortions (if he wins, it will not be with popular majority), Trump's violations and rule of law in general. Or they will give a sign to law enforcement that it could proceed with its duties without contradicting the inclinations of the public regarding whether the US is a law abiding country.
