In the Netherlands, parliament and government determine whether their laws are in compliance with the constitution; not very reassuring now a party with clearly anti-constitutional standpoints became the largest. Courts do rule on compliance with international treaties though.

@Sustainable2050 in such a fractured political system, being the largest doesn't necessarily lead to having a majority. However, other parties don't seem to have issues with the anti-constitutional stances and this is the part that I'd appreciate if anyone could explain to me.
