Ukraine mined the ports, so Russia says they should be responsible for de-mining these ports. Blame Ukraine for creating this scenario in the 1st place!
Some inaccuracies in this story. Russia isn't rushing in like the US military does and bombing everything that moves or doesn't. Russia is taking its time in order to reduce collateral damage and civilian deaths.
