@killiantwitterrefugee These have been reported on before, but the usual reading is that Jack wanted Musk to take over the site and radically alter it rather than destroy it.
To be honest, given that Trump, himself a narcissistic nincompoop, has been so easily manipulated by strong men like Putin, I have sometimes idly wondered if Jack and others set Musk up for this in a similar manner. Unfortunately, I don't have much evidence for or against that claim.
I should probably read these exchanges when I get the chance.
