I got involved in the Egyptian revolution in 2011 with the internet blackouts.
Unfortunately, I can't help here like I did previously so much has changed and I wouldn't know where to start. Because they have the old methods of getting around it blocked.
It will be down to people on the ground with long range Wi-Fi access points allowing internet access.
Even that can get drowned out now.
