If Thomas fails to recuse himself from Moore v Harper, he'll be breaking that law.

Frankly, I would like to see amendments proposed by we the people. #RunawayConvention is disinfo; 3/4 states ratification required

Simple thought exercise...do you think if we had an article V convention to rewrite the constitution and people were asked to ratify WHAT WE HAD NOW i including the 3/5th compromise, the electoral college, the undemocratic senate etc...?
