娃出生一礼拜了，深刻感觉照顾小孩真的是体力活，三小时醒一次，喂奶拍嗝吸奶顺利的话也得一小时。我俩轮流起夜勉强还能算睡个整觉，但总体感觉事情太多了节奏不断被打断，确实是什么事情都做不了。所以娃爹不给假期真的不合理，一个人根本干不了。
