Most of the cryptocurrency community seems performatively angry over the FTX crash. What I’m not seeing is much reflection on how such things could be prevented in the future.

@matthew_d_green I think a way forward is to not use centralized cryptocurrency exchanges at all, instead use the cryptocurrency directly as means of payment or independent traders for exchange (decentralized, as it was in the beginning of Bitcoin).
