This is a very good (not perfect) letter from Dean Martinez at Stanford Law that’s going to enrage a lot of people. She’s taking the right stand, though it may cost her the job.
@Popehat I appreciate that her underlying message is "Look, as lawyers, you're going to spend much of your time responding to completely BS arguments made in bad faith by very unpleasant people, so you may as well get used to it now."

2) it seems to be most of their process — but it certainly ain’t teaching.
Standards and instruction are different things.setting learning goals is not the same thing as scaffolding a learning path. It’s a prerequisite, perhaps. But it ain’t teaching.
