This is it. Deepin is supposed to be shipped with Huawei laptops and Huawei is supposed to use its own chip and Deepin is going to be as locked down as Android. Nothing interesting here. I can see no problem. This is totally okay.

1. Deepin has 0 spyware
2. Deepin is supposed to be for the rest of the world and is a clone of Windows replacement meant for China and they are bad at separating features for the two. This explains why root access feature crept into Deepin.
