As I've noticed where the nest both pipis fell from, which I can't reach, I just hope I won't have to rescue a baby pigeon that doesn't know how to fly once every 3 months. 😭

At somewhere I think we shall not interfere in nature neither to save nor to destroy. It's a very complex system of life and death best preserved when untouched by us.

@mur2501 I agree.

This is somehow the saviorism complexe humans have.

But the thing is, in cities in France, nature (almost) doesn't exist and pigeons as well as most other birds depend on human activity. And I think that when a human construction such as a car or a human garbage kills a bird or an animal in a city, nature isn't there anymore and it's our duty to save them because it's most likely because of "us" that such things happen.

@Defectivetrxgedy
Yeah that's right but as you said there is a limit of how many you can save

@mur2501 but it's more like because of capitalism, but you get what I mean, right?

Most of this happens because of human activity.

Well, you'll say that falling from a nest doesn't have anything to do with the situation but if we look deep down, it does.
Because humans used pigeons for so many purpose and never controlled their population while they domesticated them.
And they run a great risk, just like cats and dogs when not being neutered.

@Defectivetrxgedy
Yeah the thing is to control the population and their are really limited ways to do that.

@Defectivetrxgedy @mur2501
> because of capitalism
Are you implying that communist countries were not just as industrialised?
Also *Coughcough*Mao'sFourPestsCampaign*Coughcough*

@Hyolobrika @mur2501 well, communists countries are working under capitalism to make their profits, so. 🧐
