Jeff Bezos is much worse than Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were in their heyday. he's callous as hell. i'd say he's even worse than Mark Zuckerberg.
you know, he reminds me of this guy from a cult, also a bald man, with the creepiest stare ever, and he would record these videos on VHS tape...
sometimes you don't need to even see what people have done to tell what kind of person they are. you can see it on their facial expression and manners, and if they're horrible people, they're usually very creepy.

somehow, many people, instead of finding this creepy, will find it charismatic.

i remember this one time on a cruise ship i was on... some guy was having his way with a woman, and i got a glimpse of his face, and... two things became instantly evident:

1. this guy is clearly an asshole.
2. he has his looks with him.
3. he is highly confident.
4. this woman loves it.
@mur2501 that, or confidence, but they don't pay much attention to the other part... i mean, bad people are often confident.
@mur2501 i wouldn't say it's only women. they may go to bed with such people, but many men will buy what such people will say, do what they ask, etc. this is how you get dictators, asshole CEOs, etc.

@thor
Making others do stuff for you is an art where you play others fear and your dominance.

@mur2501 and i tend to snap and call bullshit on it when i'm subjected to that for any extended period of time. most managers use that tactic.

@thor
Ofcourse you need confidence which comes very naturally when you are bad cause then you don't have the fear of doing wrong stuffs.
Also this traits are readily visible in first looks so hence they matter.
