Can't say,
RAW doesn't have much fame unlike the American CIA, Pakistani ISI (which birthed Taliban in Afghanistan), Israeli Mossad, etc.
Reason for this was given by an Ex-RAW chief 'RAW like anyother government agency here is underfunded and is filled with old bureaucrats who still do spying in the old way'
