I feel like that in summer, though I am only opening the windows on the side of the house that the sun is not shining through
Oh and to me 28°C is the upper limit for comfy temperature. Everything >= 28°C feels reaaally really uncomfy and makes me feel sick and like having a fever

That's why I suggest people to come in the rainy season (For Central and South India) as it is the time when nature is blooming
Had that in the last summers several times too
