what the actual fuck i can buy RETURN plane tickets for 16 euros, thats less than the train to the aiport... why do airplanes exist?

@mur2501 depends, if i was in berlin then it would only be 4 euros for me to take the train across the city to the airport, but yes to get there from where i am staying rn (rural with SOs family) the train ticket back to berlin is 40 euros

The longest route train in India runs for 4400 Km in it's total journey (taking 80 hours) a ticket in an Air Conditioned coach for the whole of that journey coasts 30 euros.
Non air-conditioned would cost 11.5 euros
