Well the website will ofcourse have the address of the company where he works and then ofcourse he wouldn't be leaving too much far away from his work

Well his internet connection speed is 1.5G which means he is leaving inside the jurisdictions of a major Canadian city as rural outside regions nornally don't get very fast internet connecrions easily. Otherwise he is leaving very close to his company so the internet he gets is from the company itself and ofcourse Quantum Computer researching companies get very high speed connections directly from the national ISP.
