Many Indians (especially students) who go to Europe or Canada grow their hairs long and cut it when they come back to India as it is very costly to cut the hairs there.
@mur2501 @tombies @strawberryfieldsforever I done the same before, I only cut my hairs when I gone to China, it's at least 20€ in France, and ~1,5€ in China and at this price you have free head massage. Happily I bought a got hair clipper in China just before pandemic :) This knife was used in France when I was young. I don't know today, I never gone to hair-cutter for years in France now, but for accompanying my wife.
