one of the worst parts about solo dev honestly is you have no reinforcement to stay off distractions and you have no positive reinforcement at all. it's purely just fear of starvation to go on.

well functioning projects give out regular supplies of headpats like that's a good concept art and the books on how to get regular functioning people to perform well basically centralize on give them clear instructions and then headpats on completion and if they aren't busted up degenerates then just do these two things and people will do a lot of shit
