At Visionect (where I work), we started a four-day work week experiment for three months.
At week 3 I'm glad to share some of our thoughts and experiences during this time.
For starters, it's good to understand the composition of the teams inside the experiment. All the 3 teams involved have different processes, but are all inside the engineering department.
