@Fullerism 現代司法觀念也是近幾十年的事情，牆國傳統觀念是權在法之上，法家主張國家最大，皇帝及其官員就是法，儒家主張家族最大，先終於家族再忠於皇帝，都沒什麼司法獨立的概念。如果司法獨立和公正了，很多問題可以迎刃而解
