We are now having a late breakfast outside. I had my first pastry since surgery. It was sooooo nice. Having my first coffee in a long time too. Still not great!

@nullifidian Bariatric bypass surgery. Lost over 100 pounds. Am currently lithe and supple like a tiger. OK, more like an unstaffed scarecrow, but I'm feeling really good.
