I still have high hopes for the machine, but @CORSAIR@twitter.com's customer service is awful. Their online contact form is a black hole. When I I called to have delivery changed from my door to my local @UPS@twitter.com store, they said "done" -- but it's being delivered to my house today.
I'm cancelling an appointment to run home in the middle of the day and HOPE to be there when it arrives, but in all likelihood I'll have to spend a couple of days exchanging notes with the @UPS@twitter.com driver.
Less significantly, @CORSAIR@twitter.com's phone rep had the strangest voice. He was clearly a human, but sounded like a Russian who had learned English by listening to Windows read documents to him. Y'know: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsYoeoEE3ww
Resolution: my new machine was delivered! Fortunately the driver was far enough behind schedule that I beat them home.
