If I'm understanding the discussion in this GH issue correctly, #hashtag autocompletion suggestions are based on the case of the first version encountered on a server. This means that if someone on server X uses #camelcase before #camelCase, the all-lowercase version will be the one suggested going forward.
But!! They can be edited by server mods. Reach out to your mods and let them know what can be done for more accessible hashtag autocompletion!
@inherentlee Not only is the all-lower-case version the first suggestion, but when I deliberately camel case, autocorrect overrides it!
Your link seems to just be a discussion of why there's no easy technical fix. What do you suggest we tell our mods "can be done"? Surely not manually editing every hashtag.
