No one seems interested in my encounter five feet away from a bear. When I yell bear! It means I’ve seen a bear up close and in person. 🐻

@peterdrake I can’t seem to attach it, but I’ve got video of a mama and two babies I took (from a safe distance behind a huge truck) that I came across during a hike. It was quite an experience.
@peterdrake Well, something was banging around my trash can last night, and the cats were freaking out so I knew to pay attention. I have a tiny house and looked out the window at the head of my bed, and there was something right below me that I thought was something small casting a huge shadow. Not a shadow! A bear! He ran away once I started making noise cause I was trying to get a picture. This is the first time I’ve seen a bear in NC. So many in BC. First I’ve seen one here though.
