This excellent piece on migrating your account to a different #mastodon instance is from 2019, and suggests changes were coming. Anyone know if this is still accurate or maybe there's a more up-to-date comprehensive guide?

I'm not sure how I feel about the fate of postings from the old server; I wish they would be transferred to the new server.
