@ianbetteridge i wonder if they'd be more impressed if the app included in-app purchases -- even if the thing you're purchasing is an obvious joke. Like

$5: we put a little mastodon icon next to your handle when anyone else sees you on this app
$10: Feel really god about yourself because you gave us $10.
etc.

If anyone actually uses those things, Apple gets 30%
