GOP is appealing fed. court rulings that struck down:
1. Part of GA ban on providing food/water to voters waiting in line.
2. GA rejecting absentee ballots for missing a voter’s birthdate on the outer envelope.
Republicans want to make it harder to vote and easier to cheat.
