@wolf2046 我有时候也不想吃太弹牙的尤其是五号真的有点粗，按推荐时间煮出来之后面条直接放进酱料/小炒热锅里，加一点煮面水拌匀一起加热，味道融合更好一点，也方便看自己喜欢的软硬程度多来一会。或者你下次直接买angel hair那种超细面尺寸的就好煮了
