@futzle mstdn.ca, mstdn.games and tech.lgbt have all announced they’ve got room. Mstdn.ca is open signup while the other two (I believe) are manual.
Edited to correct incorrect instance name in OP.
@cautionwip @futzle Is the spelling on games.lgbt correct? I can't seem to find it for some reason
I'm an idiot. It's mstdn.games
Sorry.
It's just that it's specifically positioning itself as a safe space for queer gamers, afaiu, so my sleepy brain conflated the two factors and came up with that. yeesh. Gonna edit the OP so noone else gets misled.
@cautionwip @futzle I'm glad to know my tech isn't malfunctioning today (≧∀≦)
Do you happen to know the character limit on there, by chance?
@OctaviaConAmore @futzle Only on mstdn.ca, which is the baseline 500.
@cautionwip @futzle
Awww. From what I've gathered so far, it seems that mastodon.art is 500 and tech.lgbt is, quite suitably, 1024 (*‘ω‘ *)
@OctaviaConAmore @futzle There's a server out there someone mentioned that has like 50k+ character limit, based on something about The Bee Movie, but damned if I can recall it now.
@cautionwip @OctaviaConAmore @futzle qoto.org has a 65535-character limit, but not based on the Bee Movie.
