Are there any #fediverse apps that have single-sign-on functionality?
Meaning that I log into one site with my password, and I am able to use the fact that I'm now authenticated on that site to authenticate on a second site without a password? Like "Log in with Facebook/Github/Google/", #OpenID Connect, that kind of thing?
I'm interested in both the identity provider and the relying party functionality for #sso.
@pwinn I would think so, too. #sso is obvious functionality for the #fediverse, and if implemented well, could dramatically increase the use of “long tail” fediverse apps, which I think is beneficial for everybody: eg no account creation required.
