i think it is mostly about biology or psychology
not sure about more basic? natural science like physics and chemistry

I read a bunch of articles in chemistry with clearly fake data, some of those even had chemical formulas which clearly couldn't be correct.
Unfortunately peer reviewers most of the time have no interest in replicating experiments.
I believe the most falsified data is yeld, everyone reports some 80% efficiency and when you do it you get a 20%
