Twice now in the past two weeks I have gotten random cricks in my neck. This time wasn't nearly as bad or paralyzing as last time, but it's still annoying.
Does anybody know why these happen, and what I can do to avoid them?
@realcaseyrollins Probably muscle stress from staying in a single position. Seems to affect people using laptops to read web, watch tv, and also people with mobile phones, hunched over and static for most part.
A chiropractor visit can help, release the muscles, adjust column.
I do get this on ocassion, and it's a pain in the neck, very very literally. 😉
