Question for smarter/more attentive folks about the latest of the Justice Thomas revelations: Isn't it likely this "Ginger LLC" piece is just an honest, though perhaps sloppy, mistake where someone (maybe Thomas, maybe an accountant) failed to update to the new, but very similar name? Was there something to gain there? Or is this just an error that continued to propagate year over year?
@katestarbird My question: did any of these false claims go through USPS? If so, isn't that mail fraud with up to 20 years in prison?
