@rrb@Bam@earthlingusa Actually the DOJ & Judge specifically did make it about the fine in relation to his wealth. (The fine was $50k the first day and would double each day thereafter. 50k 100k 200k)
If it was such a pittance then you could argue Twitter wouldn't have made a big deal about the fine. But they did and tried to wiggle out of it unsuccessfully.
