@sd Snow had a sock puppet account. A duplicate account. This was used to evade the block you had put on them and explains how they were able to see your private posts. Presumably you allowed them to follow you as well.

Their sock puppet account has been suspended as it is against our rules. They should no longer be able to observe you.

Keep in mind if they do it again and use a VPN it may be hard to track down. for now though it is resolved.

@freemo Thank you for following up on this issue. Didn't expect it to be resolved so quickly. That's just yet another common complaint, as Snow's behavior has long since made some people uncomfortable.

@sd Its a tricky situation. Because of the language barrier it is hard to even review snow's complaints and therefore hard for us to gauge what is going on at all.

But a duplicate account is clearly against our rules so it was an easy point to act on without any bias.

We mostly used translator services to review the posts snow did report and while its still hard for us to determine if there is any wrong doing as best as i could tell there was no reason for you or anyone to be reprimanded. It mostly seemed snow objected on ideological grounds, sexual language, that sort of thing, which isnt against our rules in any way.
