What #TTRPG do you think would get better adoption/more play if they had a more permissive license or supported 3PP creators better in different ways?

@Tim_Eagon #CortexPrime, and maybe #SavageWorlds. In the past I would have said #BRP, but that is now available; also #ArsMagica has announced they will have an open licence soon.
