i’ve been really scared that i don’t have deep knowledge of anything lately. i saw a post a while back on twitter or something that was like “you suddenly have to give a 30 minute talk about anything what can you talk/lecture about for 30 minutes straight?” and idk if there’s anything that i could like, vocalize confidently?

I believe you can surely talk about something for 30 mins easily. Standing in stage and talking may get a bit challenging but you can surely talk atleast. Suppose say your favourite Music Album or Artist. Or the Food you like most. Can't you talk about them?

Probably why you think the songs are good? Do you like the lyrics? The music? In many cases when we like the lyrics we can connect with it through some incident in life, were you connected with it the same way?
The thing about the talk here is now what or which. It is how and why.
