Also, congratulations, you're the first server I'm adding to my anti-recommendation "do not go here" list.
On c.im, taking about discrimination in public is as forbidden as advocating for it.
Only server I’ve seen with this rule.
My recommendation for black people to stay off this server stands.
Same recommendation if you want to talk about any other kind of discrimination.
Anyone else aware of a server with this policy?
@oliphant Is rule #1 implying forbidding discussion of racism? I'd read it as Racism meaning "No being a racist and saying racist things" not "Do not talk about it"

@xinit I’ve clarified this position with the admin. No discussions of racism, sexism, discrimination in public. Only in DMs.
@oliphant @xinit Wow. I've never heard of that anywhere. And no, I wouldn't use that instance. The admin is obviously a control freak / nutcase.
Those printed rules you show elsewhere I've seen many times and they do not prohibit the discussion of those topics. The meaning should be obvious but for more clarity one could add the word "practicing" to items 1 through 5.
