And I spent the rest of the day creeping ever closer.
Eventually it decided to hide behind another mountain.
Photos really can’t convey just how small these mountains make me feel. The valley here is super flat and these mountains TOWER over it on all sides.
These glaciers are hundreds of meters above the valley floor. And they look like they’re just clinging on for dear life.
The enormity of this place is literally breathtaking.
