How to covertly converse with concervatives

If you ever have to covertly penetrate a right wing space, I have learned some lessons from behind the front.

I will post them here.

Intro:
You only get one first impression.

Complain. It's like a mating call for MAGA-s or something.

If you don't know what the current outrage du jour is it's best to keep it generic.

"You just can't joke about anything anymore!" & "Have you seen what they are letting kids read in school?!?" are apparently evergreen conversation starters.

Shaking my head violently. #TVAC

@PatrickoftheG makes a good point about racist jokes, but I have a corresponding tip if you would like to keep your lips clean.

Someone says something racist or off-color you just respond jokingly with "but you can say that anymore, either!"

At this point you are free to rant about any arrangement of 3 letters. It doesn't matter if they are good, bad or even real.

"Yeah, they'll probably report you to the DEI CRT FBI CIA WTF!"

They HATE kneeling, unless it's in praye...you know what just don't mention kneeling or Colin Kapernick and you're probably good.

I'm not even 100% sure who Joy Reid is, but they don't like her either.

Ailments

ALWAYS a safe topic. Something hurting or messed up?

Know someone that had a surgery recently?

Just make sure to not mention how a person shouldn't go bankrupt because of life-saving healthcare.

I know. They are the ones most likely to face that catastrophe. Trust me, I've tried logic and reason. Apparently that leads to socialism, which kills people.

Therefore, there is nothing more patriotic that you can do with your life than to saddle your family with unpaid medical bills.

Let capitalism kill you, to keep away socialism, because it might kill you.

Christian Nationalism

This is a biggie, even though they probably won't use that phrase.

The key thing to remember is that Christian Nationalism is neither about Christianity or the nation. It's about power.

You can say things like "I wish that they would just take care of our people at home" as long as you don't actually advocate for any policies that would help to bring that about.

If Christian Nationalism actually has any connection to Christianity, it is a very legalistic and punishing version.

A lot of the most ardent supporters of Christian Nationalism don't even go to church. They just think that they should be able to make you.

Think of a fanfic sequel to the Mel Gibson movie where Jesus gets pissed and starts blasting people with lightning bolts. #TVAC
