I have a dialup system at work. Normal speeds is 34.8 kbps. Well it's down to 4.8 kbps and the IT guy's solution is to "send during one session and receive during another. Also call the server room and have them strip any "large emails." Trouble is I can't even get into the server at 4800 baud.
