People in Durham are describing it as being like the aftermath of a category 2 hurricane came through town. Lots of trees down, lots of people without power. The food co-op is without power and putting food in crates and carts by the dumpster. The community fridges have in fact been restocked, I got a phone call to tell me, and community groups have been alerted. There is still food in danger of spoiling, so if you can use it and/or distribute, please go there asap.
