Alabama’s Attorney General wants to prosecute women who travel out of state to have an abortion.

Tuberville wants to arrest federal military employees who travel interstate to have an abortion. He also wants to chop off the heads of our military, to shove his anti-abortion agenda down America’s throat.

Who do these people think they are?

There are no laws in the United States prohibiting interstate travel, except for convicted criminals.

It is illegal for any state to prevent citizens from leaving their states, or otherwise holding them against their will, unless they are convicted or incarcerated criminals, or in an emergency, when roads are deemed unsafe.

Americans are free to choose their own healthcare in any state they want, provided they can pay for it. Where someone chooses to seek healthcare, is none of their business.

There are laws protecting interstate travel. There are Hippa laws protecting healthcare data.

@politicalfinger They don't care about laws or the Constitution. They want to gain control of enough state legislatures to call a Constitutional Convention and rewrite it. This has been the goal since the 1980s.

@politicalfinger Agreed. The Southern Strategy poisoned the Republican Party but the poison (Dixiecrats) was around long before that.

@shuttersparks Correct. The Jim Crow, and other, racist mentality was a huge democrat issue. The republicans can have em.
