How do you stop a glacier from melting? Simple – put up an underwater curtain
Am I allowed to say that this is a totally bollocks approach?
Akin to risking inducing nuclear winter by pumping particulates into the atmosphere?
Or pumping deeper cooler oceans waters to cool shallow reefs?
Stop digging children.

@peterrelph2 Yeah, no, I agree. I'm an engineer. I'm not into delaying tactics, I'm into fixes. The fix is to stop human-caused global warming. But, we're not going to do that. So, fasten your seatbelt because it's going to be a much rougher ride than most people can imagine. Much, much rougher.
