The better question might be, what does this word salad even mean?

Remember, the absence of rational critique's checks and balances opens up an infinite and unbounded field of mental opportunity.

I am reminded of the scene in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels where Steve Martin's Ruprecht asks if he can got to the bathroom, then unlimbers his sphincters in his pants with a look of pure bliss.

This is what that looks like when the mind does it.

Great... now I need to watch that movie again! ;)

It reminds of a poet on a site I frequent whose poetry made me feel like an idiot or good about myself. I never truly determined which - either I was too dumb to grasp the meaning or she didn't know how to write poetry.

Her poetry was so bizarre and incomprehensible that the meaning was unknown. What's worse, you could never even create your own meaning from it, which often happens in poetry. It was as if she cut out words from the dictionary, shook them up in a bag, and started grabbing.
